Online Marketing Manager
Content is king - and digital is queen: At Carta, we advise companies and organisations ranging
from medium-sized businesses to DAX-listed companies on communication issues and support them with diverse
PR and marketing services. These services cover a wide spectrum from the development
and implementation of global PR campaigns in international teams, cross-media communication with citizens
to the repositioning of companies, the development of their digital channels, lead nurturing
and ongoing content and community management.
Your responsibilities:
- With a keen eye for the brand and its market, you design online marketing campaigns and solutions within the customer and project teams
and implement them confidently together with our programming partners and the internal team
- You make our clients' websites fly through up-to-date SEO and SEA
- You implement lead generation, social media and email campaigns
- You are in charge of media planning for the individual channels
- You monitor the performance of projects and report to client advisors
- You coordinate other agencies and cooperation partners such as influencers
- You take on sales tasks in the area of online marketing
What you bring to the table:
- Digital media are your life - you move in them like a fish in water and know the trends, before they appear in printed newspapers
- You can and want to use a variety of digital tools, you like to learn new tools and you can explain their usefulness to customers and interested parties
- we are looking for a committed online marketing generalist and not a guru for just one channel
- A degree (or comparable training) and several years of relevant work experience in online marketing
- Practical / theoretical experience in search engine marketing (SEM)
- You have at least good knowledge of WordPress, Joomla!, Contao, TYPO3, MS-Office
- You speak German and think independently
- You are creative and have a flair for text and graphics
- You work reliably on results and have an eye on your budget
